What we collect
When you sign up, we collect:
– your username and email address
– who will be using the scripts (for example, an amateur group or a school)
– whether you want emails about new plays
– which plays you download, and when
Why we use it
– To run your account and let you download scripts. We need your email address to send your password link and to keep your account working.
– To understand who uses the library. We count how many groups, schools and others use StageCommons, and which plays they download. We may share these totals with funders, but never your name or email address.
– To email you about new plays, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email, or by asking us.
Who else sees it
Our website is hosted by Krystal Hosting in the UK. [Our emails are sent using MailPoet.] We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Cookies
We only use the cookies WordPress needs to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details until you ask us to delete your account. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we stop straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
